Property information

The perfect summer day starts with a large breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the sea breeze. Afterwards, extend your towel on the garden or choose one of the loungers to get the perfect tan. The sea is a small walk from the house. Both from the terrace as from the balcony you can see the ocean on the horizont. The cozy living-dining area is equipped with a TV and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, toaster, microwave and oven, so you will be able to prepare your favorite meals. After a nice day on the beach you can choose between two double bedrooms and one single room. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair. Two bathroooms with bath or shower complete the equipment.

Neighbourhood information

Set in the quiet urbanisation of Son Serra de Marina, this chalet is located in a quiet spot. The beach with mountain views extends till Colonia de Sant Pere and if you fancy walking you could go there by foot. The area is lovely for practising kayak, windsurf or jogging and there's a small beach bar where you can fill up your batteries with a cold drink. The town provides you with some basic amenities like a small supermarket and a restaurant. By car you can easily go to Can Picafort, a lively village during the summer with lots of leisure activities and shops. On Sunday and Tuesday there's market in the picturesque old town of Alcúdia, which is famous for its town wall dated back to the Middle Ages. The next golf course is in Capdepera, where you can visit the castle and the old town at the same time. If you fancy dancing and having some drinks during the night, go to Cala Ratjada in the northeast.
