Beautifully relaxed breakfast buffet taken on the terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. The room was large, with an inner door separating the main part of the room from the entrance, making it really quiet. The bathroom was generously sized and the shower worked well. Large balcony - I had chosen to be on the mountain/woodland side of the hotel, but it was pleasant. Very good dinner buffet. All hotel staff - especially the bar and restaurant staff - were exceptionally polite and engaging, indeed very friendly. I love the quiet and isolated aspect of the hotel - the town isn't so far away and easily accessible by car or bus.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Pula Suites. The resort is peaceful, spacious and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Our Spa Suite with jacuzzi offered excellent privacy and stunning views, making it easy to completely unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly, positive and service-minded throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job and handled every request quickly and professionally. The all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food was excellent and we especially enjoyed the daily changing dinner menu, which offered new and delicious dishes every evening. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning was probably the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. Overall, Pula Suites delivered exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful, high-quality and memorable holiday. We would happily return.

It much better than looks like on pictures. Rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. Its in good location, very quiet but still close to center of that city.

Lovely hotel, beautyfull location, very friendly and profesional staff. Some choice of food for brrakfast and dinner. The best croissants I've ever eaten.

The location is perfect. We got a garden view room which was a great surprise as we could see the sea from there too! Kristy the animator was amazing! So welcoming and she done loads of fun activities. Reception staff was excellent too always had a smile for us and very attentive. Thank you guys for everything we will be returning!

Rooms were outstanding, spacious, bright and clean. Pool area was good, lots of sunbeds and shade if required. Breakfast was very good, fresh and good choices Reception staff were excellent, Anna and Manuel gave a warm welcome, informative, extremely helpful 10/10

The location is amazing, we had a lovely little balcony with a great view of the sea and the hotel is right next to the beach, a beautiful river and shops & restuarants! The room was really spacious, very clean and with a nice beachy vibe! The staff are sweet and helpful!

Everything was wonderful. The delicous breakfast, also possible to have eggs, good coffee and great quality products. The staff was so friendly and they really did the best to make our stay wonderful. We really appreciated the effort. The rooms were small but totally fine. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant which is included in the hotel has amazing food. It is a bit more expensive but was totally worth it.

Great staff clean good location

Staff very helpful no shortage of sunbeds beach and shops 10 minutes walk , highly recommend 👍. Nothing to do with hotel but I found it hard to get a transfer early in the morning to the airport would recommend you book one 72 hours ahead as it gets more expensive the later you leave it €110 was the cheapest €180 was the dearest quote

Ana at the front desk is extremely kind, professional and helpful.We came from a bad experience in an other hotel but here we felt at ease right away and found all comforts:the air condition in the room Is the best we had in 20 days on the Island,and i am half american(we have a thing for good a.c.)the room is spotless,the employees are really nice and the food tastes genuinely good... my italian background says It all.I strongly recommend It!

A very peaceful boutique, located in a lush green area, just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The staff are exceptional, always ready to help and very attentive to details. The breakfast is very delicious.

This is one of the best boutique hotels that I have stayed in. The location is superb, the food is fantastic and the staff really understand the meaning of hospitality. You feel like a guest not a client.

The hotel is amazing, good location

Extraordinary stay because of extraordinary service. Paula and Marina are spreading smiles and energy that is beyond words! This was real hospitality that they provided all day long and every day. Lovely location, quiet & clean. Excellent pool area (with the additional pools for the suits to access). Food was exceptional. Reasonably priced wine and beer, lunch was the same. Rooms were roomy and modern, quiet and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.
