There are 3 bedrooms to rest, all with a double bed, a closet and an en-suite bathroom, two of them with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Two of them are on the ground floor and the last one on the first floor, and it also has AC and exit to the terrace where you can also relax or have a drink in the evening. Around the pool, there is a fantastic terrace to sunbathe on one of the 4 comfortable sunbeds, or protect from the sun at the central hours of the day while you read a book. By the house you will find a fantastic furnished porch, with a relax area where you can sit to celebrate life with a glass of champagne, and with another area with a dining table to taste the delicious grilled meats and vegetables barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby, although privacy is total. This beautiful chalet has two floors. It has a simple style characterised by the soft Mediterranean colours. When you enter you find a fantastic living room with sofas where you can sit to rest and watch the satellite TV. From an arch we get into the dining room. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher among others. It communicated with the living room through an open window. You will also find a laundry room with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board in the house.
