It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a patio with garden views. The Villa also comes with free WiFi, bed linen, towels, access to a private garden, free private parking. and a fabulous private sun terrace with views far and wide There are plenty of bar and restaurants within walking distance and there is an on site supermarket. La Manga Club is 19.3 miles from the accommodation, while Las Colinas Golf Course is 26.1 miles away. The nearest airport is Murcia–San Javier Airport, 9.3 miles from Casa Benks.
This modern 2-Bedroom, 2-bathroom south-east facing detached villa is located within the Mar Menor Golf Resort in TorrePacheco, Murcia. The Villa is located within the Mar Menor Golf Resort, a complex comprising of Villas and Apartments and is home to the 5* Mar Menor Golf & Spa Hotel. Scattered around the resort there are a number of parks and playgrounds, Mini Golf and Padel Tennis to keep the family entertained. Within the Hotel there are a number of restaurants and bars with various regular evening entertainment during peak season, which are available to all visitors outside of the hotel. Around 10 minutes stroll from the Villa, on the outskirts of the resort lies the Boulevard which hosts many more bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and requirements.
