HOUSE POLICY We only accept families and couples. *Additional persons are not allowed in the property (in case of additional person an extra supplement will be charged). No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation. Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially with regard to dishes (which must be washed and put in place) and garbage (which must be taken out). If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning charge. Children under 5 years old can be accommodated free of charge with existing beds. No parties, no loud music during sleeping hours. Pets are allowed on request.
