Wonderful penthouse facing simultaneously south-west and north-east sides, allowing you to choose from sunbathing or shaded coolness on one of the three terraces. The apartment is fully renovated, brand-new furnished and equipped with all necessary technical devices. For music lovers, a ceiling-mounted audio system that you can connect your device to via Bluetooth will be a nice bonus. The penthouse is located in a protected residential complex with a variety of tropical vegetation, two swimming pools, a public gym, and a sauna. Access to the complex is controlled 24/7 by a professional concierge service. Additionally, facilities and cleanliness of the complex are maintained at a high level. Guests of Casa de Loros can enjoy a relaxing holiday and the absence of city noise - most of the windows overlook the garden and the green of one of the holes of the Real Guadalmina Golf Club, one of the most prestigious golf courses in the Marbella region. The center of San Pedro Alcantara is a 10-minute walk from the complex, where you will find several authentic Iberian culinary establishments. The promenade and beaches of San Pedro Alcantara can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, whilst by car it only takes about 5 minutes.
