Javea Holiday Rentals is a small holiday rental company formed in 2020 by husband & wife team, Mark & Christine. We started the company, drawing on our vast customer service history from previous careers as well as our vast knowledge of Jávea and surrounding areas, because we believe we can offer a service and experience second to non for all our guests. We only focus on Jávea and all the houses and apartments we manage are for people we know and them count among our close circle of friends. We take care of you from start to finish and will meet you on your first day to make sure you and your group are settled in with all things you require for a great holiday as well as when it´s time to say goodbye and to wave you away as friends. We are always at the end of a phone 24/7 not only for advice and suggestions but also for those times when you need a little more support, We provide a FREE ´Welcome Pack´ to get you started as well as ´Beach Towels´ for use during your stay. Casa Sundial is a beautiful 2-bedroom villa set in landscaped gardens that is ideal for families and mature groups that want the space to spread out and relax. Situated in ‘Mira Luna’, the villa is in a quiet residential street, perfect for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday The large terrace with its 8m x 4m swimming pool is sunny and enclosed, perfect for those people that want privacy. It´s a great place to top up that tan as the ‘Pool Area’ enjoys hours of sun a day and is ideal for those that want to soak up those rays. At lunch you don’t have to move far from that sunbed. The large, covered terrace with a large gas BBQ is a great place to read a book and get out of the mid-day sun. Lunch can be served on the large outdoor table, poolside alfresco dining at its best and a great place to spend time with your family in the dappled light. Casa Sundial has been updated and renovated to a high standard by the current owners and boasts a ‘Large Lounge’ with an additional ‘Dining Table’ as well as & ‘Newly Fitted Kitchen’. There are 2 large king rooms (with an option for an additional single bed, if required) that share a ‘Beautiful Refitted Bathroom’ with shower & toilet. Guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity, and space for families as well as the privacy you want on a villa holiday. There are 5 restaurants within 5 minutes, a fantastic local supermarket and you’re only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants. All our guests receive a ´Complimentary Welcome Pack´ to give you the basics on your first day, ´Beach Towels´ to use whilst you're with us, allowing you more space in your suitcase for those extra clothes & ´Complimentary High Speed Internet Wi-Fi´ so that you´re always connected.
