The fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a charming bar, provides flexibility for your culinary preferences. Utilize the coal barbecue on your private terrace for a delightful dinner, or feel free to explore the expansive shared garden with various inviting corners. The two bedrooms on the left share a newly renovated bathroom, while the master bedroom on the right boasts an ensuite bathroom and stunning views of the golf course and the iconic La Concha mountain. It's important to note that the basement level of the house is occupied by other guests, ensuring a vibrant and communal atmosphere whilst maintaining your personal sanctuary above. Please not that pool and garden are shared areas. We are one of the very few properties in Andalucía, where the swimming pool is still fully open despite government restrictions. We use an innovative method to clean the pool on a regular basis and top up with natural rain water when it rains. Please kindly note there is a 30 Euros fee for check in times after 8 p.m, and 50 Euros fee after 10 p.m. If you require check in or check out between midnight and 8 am, please contact us and we will explore the possible options together. *self check in option with a keybox available free of charge House rules: No smoking, no parties, no pets (unless agreed in writing), no groups under 30 years old.

Located in the exclusive, gated community El Rosario, Marbella. It is perfectly situated between Malaga and Marbella. Within 8 minutes of walking you will find yourself on one of the most picturesque golden beaches of Marbella. Only 30 minutes from Malaga airport by taxi or rental car. Marbella Old town is 10 minutes by car. Puerto Banus is a 15 minutes drive. Within 200 meters, you will find restaurants, a supermarket, tennis and padel courts, breakfast and lunch places. There is free parking in front of the house and there is always plenty of parking spaces.
