This delightful 357m² house located near the village of Sentmenat features a peaceful and private garden with large swimming pool and plenty of lounging areas. Enjoy the Catalan sun in the bordering a natural park with plenty of nature. The villa features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, electric blinds, kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 separate terraces, a games rooms and a private swimming pool of 4 x 8.5m, ensuring maximum comfort for its 12 guests. The 6 bedrooms spread over the 3 floors of the house are arranged as follows: (1) one double bed 135 x 200, (2) one double bed 180 x 200 with bathroom and access to terrace, (3) one double bed 150 x 200 with private terrace, (4) one double bed 135 x 200 with access to terrace, (5) one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace, (6) one double bed 135 x 200 and one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace. The basement area offers a wine cellar with billiards, table tennis room, table football and bathroom. Televisions, internet, board games and books will keep the entire family happy and occupied within the confines of this vacation sanctuary. The garden, with its fully private pool is ideal for moments of intense relaxation. The location of this charming villa is ideal for lovers of peace and nature, without forgetting the proximity to all amenities which makes it a major asset.
