Hello, sorry, but we do not accept any groups under the age of 25. The house is in a residential area and is not suitable for you, only couples, and families are welcome, thank you. You must provide us with copies of your passports/Ids, Also please let us know where you are from .-No visitors are allowed without our permission You are required to leave the house in good condition and take out all your rubbish when you leave. If it is found in a dirty unacceptable condition you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. Check-in time is with an appointment. The earliest is from 16.00 and the latest 21.00 hours. Spacious house, situated in the highly sought village of Cabrils, Costa Maresme, away from the crowds of Barcelona, but just 20 kilometers away by car. Modern spacious interior design. Private pool, no sharing with a community! First floor: Spacious lounge /dining room with A/C. with access to the large terrace with a beautiful elevated pool. A fully equipped kitchen opens out to the large terrace where the pool is. T here are 2 bedrooms on this floor, they do NOT have A/C, 1 bedroom with 150cm double bed and ceiling fan, second bedroom with small double 120 cm bed and ceiling fan. guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Laundry with washing machine. Second floor: Master bedroom with A/C, 200cm bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing room, balcony, sea views. Open plan room with sofa bed and patio. Please make sure you see the sleeping arrangements before deciding to book, Also, A/C is only in the lounge/dining room and master bedroom! The house is in a residential area not in the village, so we do recommend a car. The pool is not deep enough for diving and children must be supervised at all times, there is no security fence.

The house is situated in a residential area between the town of Vilassar de Mar and the village of Cabrils, The village of Cabrils, located in an idyllic valley just 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona is the perfect combination between sea and mountains. Cabrils is also recognized with the distinction of being a gastronomic town for the quality and richness of its Mediterranean cuisine and numerous restaurants. Vilassar de Mar has lovely beaches, numerous restaurants, beach bars, and the train station to take you into the center of Barcelona or up to the coastal town of Blanes in the Costa Brava. Lovely pine forests for nature walks and sandy beaches are just a couple of kilometers away. Golf courses, water parks, and shopping centers are all just a few minutes' drive away. Costa Brava is just a 40-minute drive or by train which I recommend as it is a lovely journey the whole way along the seafront, with loads of little fishing villages where you can stop off for lunch too! Great for families, and couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.
