Our modern, fully air-conditioned,5 bedroom pool home is nestled at the foot of the Segaria mountains amongst the orange trees overlooking the beautiful Orba valley. Our electricity is powered by the sun! We generate our own solar electricity and use only renewable sources to supplement our energy needs, when required. We have an " AA " rated energy performance certificate. The house is situated on the edge of the village of Benimeli & is in walking distance to local shops & bars. The superb Costa Blanca beach of La Deveses is just 7km away from the house and beaches at Javea & Oliva are just 20 minutes drive away. Enjoy traditional Spanish fiestas that are held in each village around the Orba Valley through the summer months. Benimeli's fiesta is usually held during the 3rd week of August. If you want to be sure not to miss it please confirm the fiesta dates with us before booking This spacious home has 5 bedrooms & can sleep 12 guests. One baby can be accommodated additionally in a cot/crib, which is available at no extra charge. The master bedroom is on the ground floor & has a massive superking bed, en-suite shower room with a "rainfall" shower, walk in wardrobe & flat screen TV with English channels and streaming channels via Amazon fire TV. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms each have a king size bed & the remaining two bedrooms each have a king size bed & a single bed. There is a second family shower room on the first floor. There is a beautiful lounge, which enjoys fantastic views across the Orba valley with a 55 inch smart TV with Spanish & English channels and a dvd. There is loads of dining space. There is a formal dining area or you can eat "Al fresco" under the covered naya, overlooking the pool and the mountains.
