Wonderul villa set in Buger, a quiet town in the North of Mallorca. There is a lovely and large garden surrounding the property and the beautiful private pool. There is also a terrace and a large barbeque area next to the house, with a dining and a living area. The hall is open to a large living room on the left, with comfortable sofas, and to the dining area. The charming kitchen is on the left. There are two lovely bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom en suite, and another bathroom on the right. Across the garden there is a small building containing a large living room, a bathroom and a bedroom in mezzanine. There is also a terrace outside. Wonderful and private place to relax. The central heating costs 1,10 euros per litter and is under request. This extra cost is going to be charged at the end of the stay after checking the tank. In case you are a big group you have the possibility to rent Villa Es Rafal or Villa Can Mir that are next to each other. In this case, contact us with time to organize the calendar. Buger is a beautiful town set in the north of the island of Mallorca. It is a small and very quiet town, no touristic and with picturesque streets and houses. Many of its a thousand inhabitants work in the agriculture and raising farm animals. It is very close to the highway, so there is a very communication with places of interest, beaches and the airport.
