This beautiful apartment complex is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the famous Costa del Sol, Southern Spain. Here, on one of the best part of the coast, we have built these modern apartments, where our guests can fully enjoy their holidays and take all the advantages offered by our complex and its unique location! We are located only 50 meters from the sea, but at the same time close to the very center of the tourist life. This complex was created according to an individual design project of loft style with high ceilings. It consists of reception, 7 spacious Family Apartments, one of them is Two Bedroom Suit Familily apt. adapted for disable guests, one is Two Bedroom Suite and 5 more are One Bedroom Loft Aptments. During the construction, natural materials and solid wood of valuable species were used, exported from abroad specifically for our hotel. All Apartments are fully air-conditioned and have a private terrace. Each Apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows with triple-glazed windows that completely isolate any noise. Five One Bdr Apartments can contain up to 3 guests each. Four of them are connected throughout. Total area of these Apartments is 70 m2 and all of them are built in loft style.. There are non-standard high ceilings everywhere, each Apartment has its own kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms, a rest area with a huge king size bed, a sitting area equipped with modern TVs and even a separated dressing room. The kitchen is fully prepared for use and equipped with all necessary Bosch appliances. The two remaining Apartments are Family Suits, one of them is 120 m2 and is fully adapted for people with disabilities. Another one is 150 m2. Both Family Suits have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 flat screen TVs and all the amenities as the rest of the Apartments.

The microclimate of Benalmaden Costa is such that even on the hottest August days, the famous scorching terrale (a hot wind that blows from the interior, bringing the highest temperatures to the region in the summer months) does not reach our guests. The same mountain range that protects us from the heat in summer, in winter saves us from waves of cold air, keeping the temperature comfortable all year round in this district. If you rent a car, you have plenty of spots to visit. After just 5 minutes driving along the coast, you will find yourself either in the famous Torremolinos, with its vibrant nightlife, or in Puerto Marina Benalmadena. You can go on a short boat trip from there, or just admire the a variety of yachts standing in this port and feed the fish scurrying between them. Malaga Airport is just a 15-minutes drive away. The Málaga city center can be reached in 20 minutes. Malaga is the cultural capital of the region that offers you not only the traditional entertainments of the resort town, but also a rather eventful cultural life. There are 34 active museums in the city, there are theaters, fairys and even a huge exhibition center where international events are held.
