Casa Tosca is a unique all Tosca Stone house which was converted into 4 apartments and 1 Ensuite Room. Boutique Hotel. A lot of attention is paid to details, starting with the staircase, we repeated the Gaudi pattern of the handrail to make a division in our office and laundry room, and for decoration and doors to the A/C machines on the terrace. Peter bought the house in 2018 and we started renting it almost immediately. We got married in October 2020, against all odds, and I manage the place with my excellent helper Yeimy, who can do practically anything. From washing and cleaning to painting and sanding in the winter, to keep the place up to standards always. Most people enjoy the village, some might think it is a walk to get to the house, or prefer the beach. This is a sweet village with happy people and a great experience and satisfaction to live in this lovely village 6-7 months of the year. While we are away in winter, Yeimy is in charge. She is young and energetic. The BOutique Hotel has 2 main doors. Carrer EnForn 2 for Apt. No1, 2, 3 and 4, 4 being the top floor with terrace. And No. 5B with entrance around the corner at Virgen del Pilar No.5.

Peter is Kenyan, with a British mother and a Dutch father. He lives in Naivasha, Kenya and ran a flower farm and several other businesses most of his life. I, Suzanne, am French Canadian with a residence in Spain. I was a lawyer in Montreal until 2004 when I left everything and moved to Ibiza with a new partner. In 2016 I moved to Javea alone. I went to Kenya frequently where I started a import export business of leather beaded goods. I met Peter in 2016 and we got married in October 2020. Small wedding. Yeimy, my right hand is Columbian and lives in the old town of Javea. Her boyfriend Sergio also Columbian with a large family here, helps out on various jobs, sometimes with the nieces and nephews. We are all a nice and happy group.

Javea if anything is know for it's excellent gastronomy. There are plenty of good restaurants all over Javea and just around Casa Tosca you can find at least a dozen that I would recommend. I have my favourites, but I am French, Spanish people tend to like fish more than me. So for Spanish food - Robotica, Trinket, My favourites - La Parilla del Cellar, La Cajita Expensive and good - Masena Outside the village - The Montgo At the Port - Piri Piri and La Calama Walk around the village and notice the balconies and the door handles, they are quite special.
