Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit will be held on your credit card. This will be released 24 to 72 hours after check-out, subject to review of the accommodation. The guest is responsible for keeping the apartment in good condition. 3. Entry and Exit Times: Check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m. Request authorization for changes to these schedules, subject to availability and additional cost. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. 4. Important Information: We are a tourist apartment and not a hotel. Additional services such as cleaning and others are available upon request and at an additional cost. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. 6. Security: Make sure to properly close the main door at all times. 7. Restrictions: It is not allowed to accommodate unregistered people, hold parties, cause disturbance to other guests or neighbors, or play music at high volume. Failure to comply with these rules will be sanctioned and may result in expulsion. 8. EVA RECOMMENDS invites you to stay in our bright and modern three-bedroom apartment in the San Lorenzo neighborhood. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and does not have an elevator. The apartment has an area of ​​125 m2 so you can enjoy your stay in a spacious, comfortable and bright space, since it has large windows that face the outside and allow the apartment to have excellent natural light. It is distributed in a living room, an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and three bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, both with private bathroom equipped with shower, soap of hands, gel and shampoo. Finally, it consists of a third room that becomes a charming independent studio with a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, a small integrated kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the apartment has heating, centralized air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
