Very bright and cozy apartment, recently renovated with a careful design. Located in the charming Triana neighborhood, very close to the center of Seville, less than 10 minutes on foot from the Torre del Oro and Puerta de Jerez. It has a spacious living room with a 140x200 cm sofa bed and a 32 "TV, a compact kitchen with an integrated dining room, a bathroom and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a 32" TV. For an additional price, we can provide you with parking just 100m from the complex.
As host and architect, I have tried to create an exclusive space in which my guests find harmony and comfort to make their stay in Seville unforgettable. I have equipped the apartment as if it were for my family, aware of the importance of small details. During your visit, you will have many amenities typical of a hotel: individual reading lamps and USB connectors to charge mobile phones at the head of the bed, reading books for adults and children (suspended by COVID-19), hair dryer, LED ambient light in the living room controlled by remote control, wifi, courtesy snacks and bath amenities...
The apartment is located in Triana, on the border with the Los Remedios neighborhood, very close to the center of Seville. Triana is full of life, day and night. Its restaurants and bars are ideal to discover the typical Sevillian gastronomy. It is the neighborhood of the old potters, who settled by the river, on the opposite bank from Seville. Works of art can still be visited and bought in workshops of artisans who preserve this traditional craft. We recommend walking along Betis street, next to the river, and San Jacinto street. Los Remedios is an upper-class neighborhood known for hosting the famous Seville Fair, held in late April or early May. Other attractions in this area are the Carriage Museum, the commercial Asunción street and the Parque de los Príncipes. In the area closest to the center you can visit the Torre del Oro, the Tobacco Factory, Avenida de la Constitución or the "La Maestranza" bullring.
