APARTMENT WITH TOTAL CLEANING WITH OZONE MACHINE AFTER EACH RESERVATION. PRIVATE PARKING RENTAL discount for long stays. The apartment is located in the Amara neighborhood, a 15-minute walk from the Center, Parte Vieja, Gros and beaches. Next to the apartment there is a pharmacy, food stores and a shopping center Transportation to the door of the apartment: metro, bus, taxis and bike lane. Bus station and Renfe at 15min There is coffee, tea and chamomile for guests as much as they want. The kitchen has oils, vinegar, salt and all kinds of cooking utensils. The bathroom has shampoo, gel, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper and a first aid kit for use by guests. The apartment has all the beds and sofa beds with their changes, pillow, cushion and towel per guest.

Amara is one of the largest neighborhoods in the city, a modern and comfortable neighborhood and very central since it is next to everything. If you venture to visit the neighbourhood, you will come across corners run by people from San Sebastian. I'll tell you about some... buildings in Paseo del Árbol de Gernika next to the Urumea River, Quiosco de la Plaza Easo, Plaza Easo; a square full of terraces, to drink, a coffee from the morning, an aperitif, or an afternoon drink, plans for everyone! local and international... don't miss it... you'll love it! And for dessert, stop at Otaegui, one of the oldest and most traditional pastry shops in the city, which opened its doors in 1886. I recommend the “Pantxineta”, a classic San Sebastian dessert. If you continue along Avenida de Sancho el Sabio, the widest avenue in the entire city, you will find all kinds of shops, an avenue full of huge trees with a bike lane that will take you to the Anoeta Stadium.
