Property information

Small and charming house set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in front of the sea and the beach, with astonishing views. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity. This former fisherman house is now a nice and comfortable property with a lovely living room, open to a graceful kitchen and a dining area. There are also two nice bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and a bathroom. Outside there is a friendly terrace with a dining area, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. There is also a terrace with sun loungers that belongs to the property, near the sea. A wonderful place to enjoy the sea, the calm and the views for an amazing holidays. There is no need to rent a car as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful beaches and excursion centres are all nearby. It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet (1000 MB) to be able to telework. Cala Sant Vicente is a small resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches and a few bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot. The place is made for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca, in a secluded location. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are close by. The beautiful crystal clear beach of Cala Molins is only 50 metres away. It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (1000 MB). Smoking is allowed outdoors

Neighbourhood information

Set in the North West of Mallorca, between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa, Cala San Vicente is a classy spot just next to the sea. This small fisherman town became an attractive place for tourism, but keeping its ancient and delicate charm, because of its private location. Very quiet and with a few good restaurants, this unique place offers astonishing views, sea, coves and mountains. An intimate place to relax.
