In a luxurious urbanization with spectacular views to all of Girona, you will find this cozy apartment completely new and equipped, surrounded by a magnificent garden that conveys a special peace. At the food of a wonderful design house is this apartment, all new and fully equipped. The living room has an american kitchen with all the elements you might need.The large living room has direct access to the garden through a double window. It also has a bedroom which directly acces to the garden and a new bathroom with shower. It has natural light at all hours. When you go out into the garden, first there is a small porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm of the area. The apartment is fully equipped with: heating AC fridge kitchen microwave oven oven dishwasher Hair dryer Wifi Bed linen , towels and rags
