To the right, we enter the living room which includes an integrated, fully-equipped designer kitchen, making your stay more pleasant. The living room has a magnificent dining area, Smart TV, and a 140x190cm sofa bed. It opens onto a cozy balcony, equipped with a table and two outdoor chairs. The apartment has air conditioning for both heating and cooling. In addition, the building has a centralized heating system operating from 18:00 to 22:00 hours, and features an easily accessible elevator, reached by a small staircase equipped with a stairlift to ensure the comfort of people with reduced mobility, assuring easy access for all our guests.
