**The neighbor is finishing the construction of a new villa and it will be finished by 15th of june. Some days could be a bit noisy because of they would be installing the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Golf lovers looking for the perfect mix of challenging golf holes and a peaceful home to chill will relish this 4-bedroom villa. Located adjacent to the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina court, you will be within easy reach of all sorts of attractions, including the beach, which is only 20 minutes’ walk away! (And 5 minutes’ drive away) Boasting over 300 days of sunlight every year, Marbella has been considered a top destination for golfers and sun-seekers. And there is no better place to soak up the Mediterranean sol than in Guadalmina Golf Front Villa. The sole idea of enjoying an enjoyable reading while lying on a sunbed might already give you a tan! You will be delighted to share the property’s numerous high-quality comforts with your friends and family—even your 4-legged best friends will make the most of the extensive amenities on hand. The truth is that no puppy can resist the ample exterior spaces and lush green surroundings. Small pets allowed (Only up to 10 kg for 10 EUR per day)
