With two large double bedrooms, both with double bed, the main bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. It has a complete bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the cosy living-dining room, designed for relaxation. In addition, this room has air conditioning, television, a comfortable sofa and access to the cosy terrace of the flat, with a lateral view of the sea, where you can have lunch and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. Located in a quiet residential complex in the south of the island, with an incredible communal swimming pool and solarium, where you can enjoy the sun and disconnect. An unbeatable location, in the heart of Costa Adeje, just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches on the island, restaurants, shopping centres and the main points of interest in the south of Tenerife. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, clothes iron, cot, and much more. Although accessed by lift, the property has stairs at the entrance. The community pool will be closed until mid-June for maintenance work.

Adeje is located in the southwest of the island and has 14 beaches with sand of all colours, where it is possible to swim all year round thanks to its average annual temperature of 24ºC and its almost 300 days of sunshine a year. The beauty of the seabed and the more than 500 species that live along its coastline make this municipality one of the favourite places for visitors to go scuba diving. Adeje has an extensive network of diving centres, where it is possible to book classes, organise dives and buy or rent equipment. The richness of its marine fauna also stands out, as it has one of the most important colonies of cetaceans in the world: pilot whales, dolphins and other species of aquatic mammals can be found in its waters. It is a natural spectacle that can be enjoyed on board the whale-watching boats. Furthermore, some of the oldest geological materials on the island are to be found here, combined with intense erosive activity of which Roque del Conde and Pico de Abinque are faithful exponents. The Barranco del Infierno ravine, protected as a Special Nature Reserve, and the phreatomagmatic crater of Caldera del Rey also stand out. More than 45% of the municipality's surface area is made up of protected natural spaces. In recent years, the coast of the municipality has undergone an incredible development. Known as Costa Adeje, it concentrates an excellent quality hotel infrastructure, as well as a wide range of leisure, nature, relaxation and sporting activities (with special mention to its golf course).
