Beautiful and spacious apartment overlooking the city, located in the heart of Santa Cruz, just a short walk from the main points of interest of the capital. With capacity for 6 people, distributed in 3 large bedrooms, with king and queen bed, plus a cozy terrace where you can have lunch and relax. It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, it has a work desk, Netflix and Fiber Wifi Internet. Perfect for a unique vacation in Tenerife. No meetings that may disturb the rest of the neighbours are allowed. Decorated with exquisite taste where care has been taken to the smallest detail, this beautiful designer apartment is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, one with king bed and en suite bathroom, another with queen bed and desk and the last one with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. With two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, which communicates with a cozy terrace, Wifi Internet and Smart TV with Netflix. Located in an exceptional area, very close walking to the main points of interest of the capital. There is currently construction work in the surrounding area and there may be noise. The property is located on the 5th floor and the lift is currently out of service.
