With capacity for 6 people, three spacious double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. It has two bathrooms in total and an open concept kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, which joins with the spacious living-dining room. This room has air conditioning, Smart TV and access to the spectacular outdoor area of more than 350m2 with garden where you can have lunch while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. In addition, you will have a parking space right in front of the property. The quiet residential complex in which it is located has a basketball court, tennis court (fronton), children's playground, large sunbathing areas, sun loungers and a communal swimming pool open from may to october where you can enjoy the sun. Located in an ideal environment for lovers of tranquillity and hiking, where you can recharge your batteries and disconnect from the daily routine, just a few minutes drive from Telde. The property has a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes iron, fans, heaters, hair dryer, garden, solarium, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more... The fireplace is merely decorative and will not be available for use. It is forbidden to hold parties or events in this property under any circumstances.

The distance from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to Valsequillo is 24 kilometres, although this municipality is only 11 kilometres from Telde. With an area of 32.74 square kilometres, Valsequillo is located in the foothills of the Cuenca de Telde. Its highest point is 1,800 metres above sea level. A walk through the municipality of Valsequillo takes us to the Church of San Miguel, built between 1903 and 1918 on the site of a former cemetery. Of particular note in this church is the Pila, made of Seville porcelain, green in colour with carved eagles and fired. San Miguel is another important work in this temple. It is a sculpture made by the Canarian sculptor Luján Pérez and is characterised by the fact that it is the only angel with a dog at his feet. In the Benito Pérez Galdós Municipal Library there are five valuable Flemish polychrome wood carvings on display, representing the images of Santa Clara de Asís, Santa Lucía, Santa Catalina, San Bernardo and Santiago el Mayor, from the Oratorio de la Virgen de la Salud in Era de Mota. Valsequillo de Gran Canaria also offers its visitors natural spots of extraordinary beauty such as the Rincón de Tenteniguada or the Barranco de los Cernícalos ravine, which includes the Caldera de los Marteles. The real interest of this ravine lies in its high ecological and scenic value, as its slopes are home to one of the best wild olive groves on the island and, along its course, with water flowing all year round, an important willow grove. The ravine is also suitable for hiking activities, as it is possible to walk the whole of it along beautiful paths. Another natural area worth mentioning is the Caldera de Los Marteles, an elliptical-shaped crater 500 metres in diameter and 80 metres deep, which forms part of the Los Marteles Special Reserve. This Caldera has been considered by the Instituto Tecnológico GeoMinero de España as a point of geological interest. The reserve is by definition an area of ecological sensitivity.
