☆ Semi-detached house 9 minutes away from the beach ☆ AC and central heating ☆ 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ☆ Parking, Pool & Barbecue Spacious and comfortable semi-detached house in Santa Clara Club 9 minutes away from the beach. This beautiful house is available to welcome 6 guests. > Kitchen: The kitchen is independent and spacious. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle and all the utensils you may need during your stay. It has a table in addition to its large counter space. > Living: Beautiful rest space with corner sofa, Smart TV, fireplace and exit to the sunny terrace. From here you can also access the workspace. > Work space: With a spacious desk, a sofa and isolated with doors from the other rooms. > Bedrooms: It has three bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathroom. All of them have a comfortable double bed and two of them with access to a small private balcony. The bedrooms have storage space so you can unpack during your stay and feel at home. > Bathrooms: The house has 4 bathrooms in total. Three bathrooms have a shower and the fourth has a bathtub. All have basic hygiene products and the fourth bathroom is located next to the living room. > Terrace: It is accessed from the living room, equipped with outdoor furniture and beautiful views of the typical vegetation of the area. There is also a barbecue at your disposal. The house has a washing machine, air conditioning, central heating, and WiFi. The place offers a community pool (open from April 1st to October 31st) that guests can enjoy during their stay. Please note that due to the drought, the pools opening dates may be affected. IMPORTANT: For 7 nights stays or longer there will be an additional cleaning service every 7 nights. These will have an additional cost of 75 EUR and will include bathroom, kitchen, and living room cleaning. The payment of the cleanings will have to be paid upon cofirmation of the booking.
