Latina I is a comfortable apartment, situated inside the building located on the first floor without elevator where you can relax after an overwhelming day in the city. Given the video surveillance of the entrance of the building, you will feel safe at any time of day and night. The house is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, entrance hall and a courtyard. The room is very quiet where you can sleep continuously without the interruptions of the movement of the neighborhood. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and free WI-FI. It is important to highlight the high speed of the internet for guests who come in for work or study. The kitchen is prepared with all the necessary equipment to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible: large fridge with freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and complete kitchenware. You will also find basic products for the kitchen, among others. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request. Also, we allow pets; You just have to consult us in advance. Check-ins after 22:00h carry an additional charge of 30 euros paid cash up

It is very easy to reach any corner of the city given the unsurpassable transport network of the metro stations La Latina, Tirso de Molina and Puerta del Sol, as well as the numerous bus stops. It is also noteworthy that in just 7 minutes walking you will arrive at the Carlos III University, in Puerta de Toledo.
