We want to welcome you to our duplex penthouse located in Miradores del Sol. The 200 m2 south-facing house is rented fully furnished. Its impressive views of the sea will make you immerse yourself in a deluxe experience, and its proximity to the beach and supermarkets will make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two-story penthouse consists of three terraces in total; a terrace with direct access from the living room with sofa, dining table and a sun lounger, a second terrace on the roof with a seating area, dining table and three sun loungers and a smaller terrace, facing north for the hottest days. On the main level is the living-dining room, decorated with two sofas, one with three spaces and the other with two spaces, a coffee table, a smart TV with more than 2,000 international channels and connected to the internet, and a glass table with space for six people. From the living room you can adjust the temperature individually. Plus, it has a bluetooth speaker so you can connect it to your device; two rooms equipped with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), a full bathroom to share; and the kitchen that is fully equipped, with the best appliances for everyday life, (tea maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, microwave, multifunctional oven, silent refrigerator, induction hob and dishwasher). It also has all types of kitchenware, tableware, glassware, cutlery, etc. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and the en-suite bathroom. All rooms are equipped with blinds to ensure your rest. In the communal area you will find 2 tropical swimming pools with outdoor showers, jacuzzis and a children's play area. Opening hours may vary depending on the season, subject to availability.
