Nice country house located very close to Mahón. It has a private swimming pool and capacity for 4 people. The property's exteriors, built in typical Menorcan style, offer everything you need to enjoy a well-deserved rest. On the terrace you will find a private chlorine pool measuring 8.3x4m and with a depth of between 0.40 and 1.95m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, there are sun loungers for sunbathing, parasols and a barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your family and friends. In addition, near the terrace there is a room with a fridge (no freezer) where you can store cool drinks. The property is gated and privacy is total. The interior of the house is decorated in a rustic style. The living room is equipped with Smart TV, perfect to entertain your evenings. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which offers everything you need to prepare any kind of dish. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. If you need to rest, you will find 2 double bedrooms with fan. The house also has 2 bathrooms. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

We encourage you to visit its historic centre while discovering lots of magical places and unique buildings. If you feel like it, you can go to the Plaza de la Conquesta and enjoy its marvellous views of the port while you have a drink in one of its many bars. If you go to the port, we recommend you visit the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola.
