Company information

Our company has been operating in Gran Canaria for 20 years, managing hotel complexes in the south of the island, and now exploring new opportunities in Las Palmas. At the moment in the city we have a 2-bedroom appartment, and 2 penthouses located in the same building. We love that guests feel comfortable, and that they do not lack anything during their stays, and that is why we have furnished and decorated our apartment to resemble a real house, even being next to the beach, and we offer service customized according to the wishes of our clients.

Property information

New apartment, finished in June 2021. It is located on the last and private floor, with windows in all rooms, fully equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and cozy stay. It has a very big seaview terrace just outside the living-room, where to enjoy the sun and wonderful sunsets, overlooking the majesting landscape of Las Canteras Beach. It has a full kitchen with brand new appliances, Nespresso maschine, dishwasher and washing mashine. Smart TV with a 50-inch flat screen, with the possibility of connection to YouTube and Netflix, and high-speed fiber optic WIFI, ideal for remote workers and to connect several devices at the same time. Air conditioning cold/hot mood is also available. The apartment is very fresh and airy. The bedroom has a double bed, and a baby from 0 to 2 years old can sleep in a cot and we can provide also a high chair, both for an extra cost. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 2 adults and one baby, even if the accommodation is adults recommended, as it is mandatory to look after young children and not leave them alone on the terrace. We will be glad to help and welcome you in our penthouse!

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the most central area of ​​Playa de Las Canteras, just 50 meters from the promenade and the beach. Furthermore, the Port of Las Palmas is only 6km away, and the airport 25km away. An area full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and shopping centers, which can be visited simply by walking through the streets of the neighborhood. 5.5km away is also the historic area of ​​Vegueta, with its Cathedral of Santa Ana, the House of C. Columbus and the pedestrian shopping area of ​​Triana. For sports lovers, you can go from the apartment to the beach simply taking your swimsuit and surfboard, or equipment for any water and non- water sports, such as hiking, cycling, running, skateboarding, etc. In addition, there are several gyms and spas located a few meters from the accommodation. If you arrive by car, or you want to rent it, there are several pay parkings in the area, or you can park in the adjoining streets, at a cost. However, the public bus service in the city and for the island in general, is very efficient and there are stops very close to the apartment, as well as the Santa Catalina Station. Ideal location for any kind of activity.
