Top notch property in an excellent location. It is on a plaza with the metro underground in front of the hotel. It’s five minutes from Puerto del Sole, the city & country’s main plaza, yet it’s quiet. Starbucks and McDonalds are on the far side. It’s perfect for watching families stroll by. The room is very nice and the bed & bedding super comfortable. Loved the stay.

KuwaitThe location of this hotel is excellent. It is centrally located and we were able to stop back several times to drop of souvenirs and change shoes/etc while touring during the day. The staff was wonderful - very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were new and modern. They allowed us to check in early for a $50.00 fee, which was worth it so we could take a quick nap and clean up before starting our day. Overall, we were very satisfied. We would stay here again if back in Madrid.

United States of AmericaThe hotel looks brand new and modern. The location can’t be beat you are in the middle of downtown Madrid with all the restaurants and even the market, Royal palace nearby. Has a nice small outdoor seating area to enjoy as well. Rooms are a bit small but very upscale.
