We strive to provide you everything you need for a luxury stay in Valencia, starting with quick and clear communication from the time of your booking and throughout your stay as needed, helpful tips and recommendations prior to your arrival, and an apartment that has been reformed, decorated and designed by ourselves, who, being extensive travellers ourselves, have thought about what is needed to make your stay effortless. The apartment has been newly renovated (December 2023) and has been designed with our guests in mind. It is located on the ground floor and is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, a lounge with smart TV and a unique garden terrace with an outdoor lounge under the pergola and an outdoor dining table.

We (Leon and Katie, husband and wife) moved to Valencia from the UK in 2019 after 4 months of travelling, and fell in love with the city. We opened up our first 5 bedroom boutique guesthouse in 2020 which has been very successful and always scoring 9 or above on booking, and have now decided to expand with this beautiful apartment just minutes away. We genuinely care about your experience and understand that the accommodation is a big decision in planning your holiday, that is why we have put our heart and soul into creating a boutique apartment for you to create special memories with your friends and loved ones. The apartment is located directly between the city center and the beach in a safe and quite street of a residential neighbourhood, with all amenities such as supermarkets, transport links, bars and gourmet restaurants within a few minutes walk away. The city center is just across the Turia river park and can be reached in just a 10 minute cycle. The Turia park, Europe's largest urban park is only 3minutes to cycle to. The beach is easily accessed in less than 15minutes cycling. There are city bike stations next to the apartment for easy transportation (all of the city is reachable by bike)
