The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, one of the few residences right on the coastline, with walking distances to the main amenities of Puerto del Carmen including restaurants & bars, shopping centres, supermarkets and excursions and car hire. There is a nice and huge terrace with privileged views to the sea. The Apartment has private access to the beach of la Peñita. It is also just a 10 min walk if you want to enjoy any of the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen. A swimming pool is not necessary here as you have a beautiful beach just 1 second away! There are two spacious bedrooms both with double beds. This has a nautical theme ideal for the kids. There are also two bathrooms one inside the property and the other accessible from the terrace, perfect when you come back from the beach. It is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven and all the crockery and tableware that you may need. The villa is also equipped with free WIFI. There are TVs in the Kitchen, the main bedroom and a SMART TV the living room. The owners provide linen and towels and if a highchair or cot is required all you need do is ask.
