On entering this large, beautifully appointed apartment, it is as if you are walking into your own Spanish villa. The living area boasts three sofas that can seat up to eight people and a wall-mounted 65” Smart TV. The large sliding patio doors provide access to the wrap-around terrace with numerous intimate seating areas and a private heated swimming pool (11m x 5m) with uninterrupted views of the 13th hole of the world-renowned San Roque Golf course and the Andalucian countryside beyond. There are three comfortable double bedrooms (the master bedroom has an ensuite with a bath and shower), each with their own private access to the terrace, wall-mounted smart 40” TVs, ceiling fans and electrically operated blackout blinds. The third bedroom (currently configured for two single beds) can be offered as a large double bed upon request. There is also a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest toilet. This recently modernised apartment has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a breakfast bar with a wine cooler and a large American-style fridge/freezer with filtered water and an ice dispenser. Seating at the breakfast bar is for four people, plus a dining table with seating for six. Outside, there are six sun loungers, and pool towels are provided for the stunning swimming pool, which catches the sun all day long. A large pergola provides a shady spot to relax and escape the heat of the afternoon sun, along with an outside dining table that seats eight. There is an additional outside lounge seating area with a coffee table and a fire pit. A gas BBQ is installed in an outside kitchen/entertainment area on the terrace for guests to enjoy al fresco dining during the warm Spanish evenings. Location Overview: Beaches: The picturesque beaches of La Alcaidesa and Torreguardiaro are a short drive away. Tarifa, famous for surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing, is an hour's drive along the coast. Golf: Ideal for golf enthusiasts, the San Roque Golf Club comprises of two courses and a beautiful club house open to non-members. Additional excellent golf clubs in the vicinity include Valderrama, La Reserva, Real Club de Golf, and La Canada, all within a 10-minute drive. Social Life/Activities: The apartment is strategically located, approximately 15 minutes from Sotogrande Marina, offering glamorous bars, restaurants, nightlife, a rackets club, kayak rental, and Polo matches throughout the year. La Alcaidesa (10 minutes) features an expansive, unspoiled beach with beach bars, cafés, and restaurants. The lively Spanish town of Pueblo Nuevo de Guardiaro, just 7 minutes away, provides essential amenities such as banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, cafes, shops, and takeaways. Places of Interest: Estepona is a 30-minute drive, while Marbella and Puerto Banus are approximately 45 minutes away. The closest aquapark, on the outskirts of Algeciras, is around 20 minutes away. For a day trip, historic Tarifa, with a ferry port offering trips to Tangiers or dolphin-watching safaris, is within reach.
