The apartment is located on the coast of Sauzal, in the area known as "El Puntillo del Sol". It received that name because of the way in which the sun moves on the horizon until it crosses the line of the sea that can be seen from the area and because it is the area in the north of the island that records the most hours of sunshine per year. The accommodation is perfect for those travelers who want to continue enjoying the climate of Tenerife without suffering from the large crowds in the south of the island. The main road of La Matanza, located above the highway, very close to the accommodation, is full of shops of all kinds, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and everything that guests may need during their stay. We stand out as the closest restaurant-cafeteria to the accommodation, KM74, located just 2 minutes by car from the door of the accommodation. Just a few meters away, by car or by hiking, we access the Costa de Rojas, a recently arranged coastal promenade that runs through a relevant part of the northern coast. In addition, at the end of the walk, almost at the foot of the houses on top, we find some magnificent natural pools in which to cool off.
