This modern townhouse has access to the community pool and garden area which back onto the North Golf Course. 10 minutes away you can visit Calblanque (Natural Reserve), and 15 minutes from the resort you have Cabo de Palos with its astonishing lighthouse. It's a perfect place to rest and enjoy holidays with the family almost any time of the year as the micro-climate that builds in this area, is almost guaranteeing the sun with mild temperatures most of the year (max 33ºC in July and August). Enter the property into a hallway where the cloakroom is located, and the living area is up a few steps. The open plan living/dining room is well furnished, and has a flat screen satellite TV, DVD, and a selection of books. Patio doors open to a covered terrace with table, chairs and barbeque.
