You will love the outside area of the house. There is a large garden with tall trees that offer rest areas in the hot summers, the swimming pool of 7m x 3m and the terrace with barbecue area. The interior of the house is decorated in a rural and familiar style. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds and one with a double bed. All rooms have air-conditioned. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning. Also, there are three sofas and satellite TV. Wifi is available throughout the accommodation. The kitchen space has a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster and a kettle. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower. The Finca "la Finquita" is located on the outskirts of Vilafranca de Bonany, in a very peaceful and quiet area. The village of Manacor is only 15 minutes away by car. It should be remembered that in Villafranca there is a weekly market where you can go shopping. The coast of Calas de Mallorca, Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or Port d'Alcudia are less than 25 minutes away by car.
