Villa Magica is located in the prestigious urbanization La Capellania only 3 km. from the ancient, white Andalusian village of Benalmadena. The 300m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television and a highchair. From the balcony you can enjoy the amazing views over the sea. On the lower level there is a spacious terrace area and steps leading up to the private swimming pool which has Roman steps at the low end. In the garden by the pool there is a ripe lemon tree so you can choose a fresh lemon for your gin & tonic. A barbecue is also available to cook tasty dinners. The property counts with a free garage parking. Pets are not allowed. The property is located in a very tranquil and secure area since it is within a prestige urbanisation (La Capellania) Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The owner lives next to the villa in her own independent private apartment. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
