A cosy 2 story house near services and a River Kemijoki. Only 5min drive(4km) from city center and all the services. Own yard with big parking space. Three bedrooms with 3 double beds, king and queen size, (160-180cm). 1 single bed (80cm), junior size bed, baby(toddler)crip and foldable couch in the livingroom. Sauna,bathroom(1 toilet in each story) fully equipped kitchen with basic food supply(coffee,tea,porridge etc..). We have also thought about the children and you will find a kid's playarea,toys,films and a playstation console with games from us. We have a free wifi. Both floors are at your disposal. You will find everything you need in the kitchen, as well as breakfast items in the cupboard, such as porridge, cereal, coffee, tea and other dry ingredients. You can use a sauna, hair dryer, detergents, drying washing machine, ironing board and iron, bed linen and towels. 2 TVs, playstation with games, netflix and wireless free wifi. Smart TV in the living room. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms. If necessary, you can also use sparebeds. The house is located next of Kemijoki. In winter time you can easily go on a walk to the icy river. The yard is big where you can play and spend time. We have sticks with which you can go down the hill and other snow toys. At the end of the day, you can relax in a traditional Finnish sauna. Next to the house there are bus stops from which you can easily get to, for example, the city center. (Hox! Always check the schedules and routes of the next bus) Our home has been build in 1949 and has been in our family from the 50's. We have lived here from 2009 to 2017 and we have renovated it by the years. We love the house because that in the same time it has it own space and quiethood you are only a few minutes from the city center. It is easy to come to our house and very easy to move around. The bus stop is right in front of our house.
