This large hayloft conversion sits atop a hill In Saint Jean de Sixt with stunning views out over the surrounding Aravis mountains. With it's exceptional volumes (200m²+), high ceilings, it really has it all to guarantee and exceptional mountain experience for up to 8 adults and 2 children. The chalet was completely renovated a couple of years ago to a very high finish, with high end decor throughout and all mod cons. On the ground floor, past the hallway that doubles as a ski fitting room, you have a laundry area with washer & dryer. Inside the chalet, you have a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & toilet and a separate toilet in the hallway. The living space then opens up onto a cosy lounge area with chimney, games and books, a large dining area with ample seating for up to 11-12 people. You then have the fully fitted & equipped kitchen that opens out onto the balcony from where you can appreciate the commanding views out onto the surrounding Aravis mountain range. Off from the living space you have a soundproofed TV room with DVD player & Canal+ satellite subscription etc. There is then a recessed study space with sofa (that can double as an extra double bed if required). Upstairs, there are a further 3 bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 have an additional single bed) There's a shower, bath & extra toilet upstairs too together with another TV space as well as Foosball! The chalet has broadband internet. It is located a 2 min drive into the centre of the village & 5 mins into the heart of either Le Grand Bornand or La Clusaz making it ideal to enjoy both areas. Cots and highchair available on request. Sheets and towels are provided and the beds will be made up for your arrival. This chalet does not welcome partying. In the Winter, you'll have the whole of the Aravis resorts to choose from (220km of groomed slopes). It is ideally organized to accommodate 2 families. Its spacious and cozy living room has a beautiful fireplace as its central element. The living space opens onto a dining room which has an exceptional volume and allows everyone to gather around a beautiful table with a breathtaking view of the Aravis range. This dining room opens onto a beautiful terrace but also onto the open kitchen which is fully equipped and will allow you to taste all the Savoyard specialties! The TV room is closed and an Xbox console is available - as well as WiFi throughout the chalet. On the ground floor, the master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and upstairs you will find another master bedroom, 2 triple bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a shower room. On your arrival, the beds will be made and the household linen will be available. On the mezzanine, a small table football will delight children in a space dedicated to them! In winter, you can enjoy the ski area of the Massif des Aravis (220km of slopes). The St Jean de Sixt cross-country ski run passes a few meters from the property, and the Crêt ski slope (for beginners) is less than 300 meters away. It is ideal for young families and beginners. The chalet is located 2km from the village of Saint Jean de Sixt and 5km from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand to enjoy the ski areas of the Massif des Aravis (220 km of slopes). In summer, the mountain is just as beautiful and offers many activities for children and adults: mountain biking, hiking, golf, farm visits and cheese tasting.
