Emplacement au top pour un hébergement plein de charme! Tout Annecy se fait à pied Nous avons apprécié l'appartement; sa propreté et sa literie très confortable. L'emplacement, à proximité du Thiou et de l'ensemble de la vieille ville, permet d'oublier la voiture le temps du séjour! Le garage est à 5min grand maximum à pied, à considérer pour un petit véhicule. Hôte disponible pour toute question. En bref; un séjour parfait!

I will be very happy to welcome you at the APPART DU THIOU. This apartment has been designed and thought of as our second home. Renovated and decorated by an architect, we love our cozy little nest downtown Annecy! I will welcome you personally and stay available throughout your stay!

In the city center, Close to the lake, discover the APPART DU THIOU! Luxury apartment 4* with balcony and private garage. Perfectly furnished and decorated in a luxury building. Living room with fully equipped kitchenette (NESPRESSO coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave). Table 4 people, Leather Sofa, TV. Room with QUEEN SIZE bed (160 * 200). Shower room with washing machine and dryer. Balcony in peace. Private garage in secure basement (in a residence on a nearby street).

The APPART DU THIOU is located in most neighborhoods of Annecy! Easily accessible by car or train (train station 5 minutes walk). The residence is located at the door of the old town with all the small shops. The lake is 400m !!!
