## The space Right in the vibrant heart of Paris! This 33sqm flat in the 11th arrondissement has everything you will need to feel like a local. Recently refurbished and comprise of a living room with sofa and dining area, a separate kitchen area with all the amenities you may need to cook a delicious meal (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hobs...) and a bedroom with a comfy double bed lined in clean linens. The apartment is airy and bright thanks to its large windows. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a modern sink. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided at your convenience. ## Guest access Warning, the lift is located on the 1st floor. You will have access to the whole flat ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
