It includes a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with toilet, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after a day of walking. Located on the third floor with an elevator, it also has a furnished BALCONY that offers an exceptional and panoramic view of the valleys and the Mont Blanc ranges. The accommodation is ideally located 5 minutes drive from the town center and close to all amenities: various bars, restaurants, shops, ski and mountain bike rental services, ski schools ... For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket "le Petit Casino" at 6 minutes by car. The location of the accommodation will give you the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities in winter and summer! You will stay at 8 minutes by bike "des Portes du Mont-Blanc", a ski resort with 63 ski runs and 11 green runs which are served by 19 lifts. You will find the famous "Plan d'eau Biotope" at 7 minutes by car, which is one of the main attractions of the area and the "Lac de Passy" at 21 minutes by car, ideal for swimming and karting.
