Chalet Marion is a modern chalet built on three floors in the traditional style giving it a classic mountain look. It is found in the old Chinaillon village, area of the Grand Bornand resort. It is very spacious(101m²), will sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, and is fully central heated with under floor heating on the main floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed and an en suite basin. The second sleeps 2 and consists of 2 singles bed. There is also a shower room with a basin and toilet. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as substantial storage area for skis and bikes. The first floor which forms the heart of this chalet is comprised of a large open plan room with separate areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. French windows lead out onto the South and West facing balcony at the front of the chalet with stunning views to the Aravis mountains. The newly fitted kitchen has a high specification hob and oven,together with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. It has glasses, crockery and cutlery for 8 [hidden] dining area seats 8 people around the antique dining table. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable and modern leather suite. There is a TV, video/DVDplayer, a CD player as well as books and games. An internet access is [hidden] whole room is designed to really make you feel at home. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a South-facing balcony which has a double bed, the second has two single beds. Chalet Duprée (semi-detached chalet) built in the traditional mountain style, is located in the old village of Chinaillon, 6 km from Le Grand Bornand. It has a beautiful living space with an area of 101m² and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 distinct bedrooms. On the ground floor is a bathroom, with shower, washbasin and WC. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are provided and there is ample storage space for skis and bicycles. On the first floor, the chalet has a large living room, the lounge area is comfortably heated by the wood stove. The French windows of the living room giving access to the balcony, facing south-west allow a beautiful light and offer a magnificent view of the mountains. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room, it is fully equipped, it includes an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. The dining room has a large table and enough chairs, plates, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc.… for 8 people. A television, DVD player, CD player, books and games are available. An internet connection is available. A WC is also located on this floor. The second floor has two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed opening onto a south-facing balcony and the other with 2 single beds.
