Hello everyone ! My name is Emmanuelle, I am passionate about the city of Vannes and its history. I had the chance to travel to the four corners of the world, especially thanks to Booking, which made me realize the extraordinary charm of the city of Vannes and the Morbihan region. Despite the curiosity of my youth which pushed me to discover other places and cultures, I decided to trust my heart feelings and therefore chose this city with its heritage and its ramparts as my home. In 2017, I decided to create my own company with a lifelong friend, Charline, and so Mc Your Concierge was born with the aim of welcoming a good number of travelers to our charming city by providing quality accommodations for all to enjoy their vacation and discover the region. To date, we have opened the doors of hundreds of properties throughout Vannes and its surroundings to offer an unforgettable stay in the best conditions. Aside, we are also proud mothers raising our children in this beautiful environment, filled with authenticity, gastronomy, nature and activities that bring happiness in our daily lives. Welcome home! We open the doors of this super cosy apartment of 35 sqm on the first floor, located in a quiet residential area with parking in the center of Vannes. Ideally located, you will have privileged access to pleasant walks along the Marne River and its marina in just a 5 minutes walk. Extend your walk to reach the ramparts and their beautiful gardens, and then explore the old town with its medieval atmosphere or embark on a cruise on the pretty Gulf of Morbihan. This cozy apartment features a bright living room with a balcony, sofa, and TV. The warm parquet flooring creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. A practical dining table with a fully equipped open kitchen is at your disposal. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine, where you will find an attic bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a dressing area. The bathroom includes a hot shower, bath mat, and toilet. We also provide a cleaning kit (sponge, 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishwashing liquid, 1 multi-surface cleaner) Please note that we have the following options available at extra cost: 1) Bed linen rental + 1x towel per person Double bed = 25EUR/ pack (2 towels) 2) Cleaning service at check-out = 40EUR / stay You can choose to bring your own bed sheets, towels or handle the cleaning. You have the responsibility to handle the cleaning at the end of your stay if you do not wish to use our service. However, we will deduct the fees (40EUR) via Booking if the cleaning is not done at check-out
