## The space My 35m2 apartment, located on the 5 Rd and last floor of a stone building (with elevator) has been fully renovated and overlooks the rooftops of Bordeaux, offering you peace and privacy in the heart of the dynamic neighborhood of the city. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a 140x200 bed. A sofa bed will accommodate two additional people in the living room (140x200). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, ironing equipment and hairdryer. ## Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. ## Guest interaction We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. ## The neighborhood The apartment is located in the historic heart of Bordeaux. Refurbished in the 18th century, it now has a unique architecture. The hypercentre offers a concentrate of the whole life of Bordeaux, you can walk through charming cobbled streets with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisans and traders. Nice and authentic district, it offers many opportunities to discover Bordeaux by foot with its large typical places: the Place de la Comedie, the Place de la Bourse to discover its reflection in the largest water mirror in the world or the Place du Parlement for dinners on the terrace on summer evenings. ## Getting around The public parking "Jean-Jaures" is 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is also 2 minutes from Grand Théâtre stop (Tram B).
