This charming accommodation of 110 square meters is located in Bordeaux and has a garden. It will be perfect for a tourist or family stay and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is located close to all amenities. We welcome you all! ## Logement A WARM, FULLY-EQUIPPED HOME The accommodation comprises: - three bedrooms with a double bed, a cot and a child's bed, - a fully-equipped, functional kitchen - bathroom with bathtub, - 1 shower room - and a living room with a sofa bed (the living room is now equipped with blackout blinds). THE KITCHEN The kitchen has a work surface. It is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob and basic utensils. Chairs are available, as well as a microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery and kitchen utensils, glasses, bowls, corkscrew, etc. The following facilities are available: Internet connection, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Barbecue. BASIC NECESSITIES Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, garbage bags, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea and coffee capsules are provided. SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED You don't have to worry about sheets and towels as they are provided. A professional housekeeping service is provided before and after each trip. LOCATION The accommodation is located : - close to the Parc Bordelais, - 12 minutes by car from the city center, - and 19 minutes from the Place de la Bourse, You'll find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. For your everyday needs, there's a "Monoprix" supermarket just an 11-minute walk away. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Emplacement The neighborhood of Caudéran is the largest and the most populated of Bordeaux. It is characterized by its residential, family and quiet character.
