Recently renovated having kept all the cachet of the old, it has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, and can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers. The accommodation, with an area of ​​90m2, on the 1st floor without elevator, is arranged as follows: - a large living room with television and dining table - a fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and dishwasher - a bathroom with walk-in shower (separate toilet) - three bedrooms, 2 with a 160cm wide bed and another with two single beds - a laundry room with washing machine Wifi is free.

By staying at Dame de Coeur, you are in the historic center of Rennes: cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, Saint-Pierre cathedral, rue de la Monnaie, rue du Chapitre, Hotel de Ville, place des Lices (with its Saturday market morning), Place Sainte-Anne, Place du Parlement de Bretagne. The oldest house in Rennes is right next to the apartment.
