Welcome to my charming apartment at the port of Nice! Located on the sixth and last floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, proximity to touristic places, secure parking, balcony, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with bathtub and WC, separate kitchen with access to the balcony, living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table. A parking space is also available for your car in a building close by. Please note that there is no air-conditioned available as we prefer the breeze when opening the windows on both sides of the apartment. Additionally, we have fans if it is too hot in summer. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment.

In the Port area you will find a very relaxed atmosphere with its numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all on walking distance. You can enjoy a sundowner and watch yachts returning from a day trip or walk to the hip Rue Bonaparte to socialize. The Promenade des Anglais with its beautiful long beach is within only 15 minutes walking distance and the Old Town within 10 minutes. You will find everything you need in the neighborhood for a happy stay in Nice! Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and go to the last stop. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 350m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is less than 500m away on the Harbor. Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park our secure and private parking on the Harbor.
