The building has private ski lockers as well as a closed garage, and the flat offers a stunning view of the Mont Blanc. ## Logement The accommodation has 3 beds of the following type: 2 single beds, 1 double bed. A 7 square metres balcony with a table and two chairs offers an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. The furniture has been recently renewed. The flat is complemented by a closed garage and a private ski locker located in the bike room on the ground floor of the building. The building is in the heart of Chamonix, close to the slopes and shops: 4 minutes from the Savoy/Brévent ski lifts, 3 minutes from the Tourist Office, 2 minutes from a "U supermarket" and other shops, 2 minutes from the Chamonix mountain house and the ski school departure, 3 minutes from the Alpina shopping centre. The flat is fully equipped to ensure you have an excellent stay, it contains: oven, washing machine, television, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, and hair dryer. It is equipped with a WiFi network. For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost.
