The gîte is ideally located in Bouconville-Vauclair, in a very quiet setting 3 km from the village. Shops are 8 km away. Activities : - 10 km from Center Parcs de l'Ailette (10 km), next to the golf course and water sports center. - Equestrian center 3 km away, with rides for all levels. - Aerodrome with microlight flights - Quad biking. - Chemin des dames: Dragon's Cave, Vassogne Museum, Vauclair Abbey, California Plateau and Observatory, Peace Gardens and Old Craonne Arboretum within 8 km. - We're on the GR12 and right next to the Via Francigena. - A little further afield is the medieval city of Laon (18 kms), Reims (35 kms) and its cathedral, the St Rémi basilica, the Champagne cellars and their Unesco heritage vineyards. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the farm's courtyard.
